We are committed to providing high quality products to our consumers. If you are not completely satisfied with ShieldOn products for any reason, you can return your purchase for a refund or exchange within 30 days from the purchase date.

Damages, Defects, or Incorrect Products

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is damaged, defective, or if you receive the wrong product. 

Refunds
After we have processed your return and issued a refund, we will notify you via email. Refunds are processed within 7-10 business days upon being returned.

Returned Merchandise Policy

ShieldOn's policy does not permit the resale of used, opened, damaged, defective, or expired products. All returned items that have been used, opened, damaged, found defective, or have expired will be properly disposed of.
